Marketing Intern

Seagrass is looking for a marketing intern this summer.

We're a small, growing golf footwear brand rooted in surf culture and the Southern California coastal lifestyle. We're looking for someone to help us grow our Instagram presence, build awareness, and create content that actually resonates.

The ideal candidate is a university student studying marketing who knows Meta and Instagram inside and out. But more importantly, you're someone who gets the culture. You surf, you golf, or you just love the coastal lifestyle and want to do something creative this summer.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. Experience growing Instagram accounts with a focus on followers, reach, and content creation.
2. A solid understanding of Meta and Instagram strategy.
3. Someone excited to help a small brand do something special.
4. Located in Southern California (we're in Encinitas).
5. And most importantly, someone who is chill, easygoing, and just enjoys life.

This isn't a corporate internship. It's a chance to get your hands on a real brand, do real work, and have some fun along the way.
